The activities of the Commuter Rail Coalition are driven by the dual missions of Education and Advocacy. The CRC’s purpose is to provide access to the latest commuter rail industry policy, regulatory, and best practice information. The CRC serves as the voice of railroads in Washington and nationally, with an emphasis on policies impacting commuter railroads, their riders, development and operations.
